ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Guji Highland Farm - a southern zone in the Shakisso district of Ethiopia. The Gujicha varietal is indigenous to the region, and grows at 2000-2100m - that's a high altitude coffee! As part of the natural process, the coffee is dried for 3 weeks on raised beds; constantly tended and turned by hand throughout that period in order to achieve even drying. After the drying period is completed, the berries are milled in Shakisso.
