This single estate coffee, from a single Pacamara varietal, produces a clean balanced cup with notes of black cherry and champagne acidity with a smooth toffee finish. Finca Siberia is known for its ecological practices from 100% shade grown to vermicompost of the pulp to create fertilizer for the trees.

Tasting Notes: black cherry, toffee, sweet citrus.
