Nicaraguan Matagalpa
This Nicaraguan is a medium to dark roast with full-bodied cup, gentle fruity brightness, good balance and finishe with a round nuttiness. Fruity and spicy aromas and flavors dominate, with vanilla and red cherry aromas found in the freshly ground beans. It's a great cup to enjoy in the morning or a delicious evening coffee that matches well with crème brûlée, pumpkin pie or carrot cake. Production is limited to only 6,000 bags per year world wide and we're fortunate to have procurred this to offer our customers.
