| We get our beans from all over the world, tapping into specialty coffee brokers that act as direct traders for select quality beans, as well as the small growers who specialize only in "supergrade" beans that very few are privileged carry. We taste samples after samples after samples to select beans that deserve our name. We think that our beans are truly Mighty Good! |

roasting process is a marriage of the traditional
and the modern. On the traditional side, we have
our small-batch drum roaster, which uses time-tested
methods to coax the best taste out from the beans.
On the modern side, we have our state-of-the-art
computer controls, which allow the maximum control
and flexibility in the roasting process.

| We promise to provide you with the freshest roasted beans you can find anywhere. To ensure that our beans are fresh when they reach your kitchen, every single bean we sell is sent to the consumer within 24 hours of roasting. We only sell to small, independent stores that uphold our product values and integrity. Many people merely talk about quality and freshness. We live by it and truly promise you the very best. We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and deliver Tuesdays and Fridays. |

| Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and do not share the information we collect with any other organizations or service providers. The information we collect is only used to process, deliver and service your orders and account with Mighty Good Coffee.
Shipping: You order will be packed and shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS within 24 hours of your order. Orders within the city limits of Ann Arbor, MI will be hand delivered to your door by a Mighty Good Coffee delivery driver.
Returns and Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your coffee for any reason, we will gladly refund your money, or send out a sample of a different coffee for you to try. We cannot accept any returns of opened or unopened bags of coffee.
